00:28Today, the Rise for All program was launched by the Department of Agriculture in the Bureau of Plant Industries in Malate, Manila.

00:35It aims to make rice affordable for Filipino mothers.

00:39The main purpose of this P29 and Rise for All is to have available cheap rice for everyone.

00:48This is part of the program of our President to lower the price of the main products, especially rice.

01:58Up to 150 bags of rice were brought to Kadiwa BPI for the launching of the Rise for All program.

02:04The new program is the continuation of the P29 Rise program,

02:08which provides cheaper rice for P29 per kilo for vulnerable sectors only.

02:14Currently, there are four Kadiwa outlets available for P45 per kilo of rice,

02:19including the Bureau of Land Industry in Manila, FDI in Taguig City, Potrero in Malabon, and in Caloocan.
