01:37You cannot expect a young quarterback to slide right in there when you have this amount of youth and neophyte on the coaching staff.

01:59It's not like Caleb Williams joining the Bears with a coach that's been there, an offense that has been there, receivers that have excelled either with the Bears or with other teams, tight ends, backs.
