00:47A 7-year-old boy who joined a game of duyan inside their house is being revived by a woman in yellow.

00:55A nursing student, Julia Angela Daculiat, who plays volleyball in a covered court, witnessed the incident.

01:04Julia immediately performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR on the boy.

01:16Her CPR took almost seven minutes before the boy was revived.

01:25His lips were swollen.

01:29I panicked, but I had to compose myself.

01:37The boy is being brought to the hospital.

01:40The boy's family did not face the camera, but they thanked Julia for the second life of their son.

01:48Authorities rescued a minor girl in Talisay, Cebu, who was raped by her stepfather within five years.

01:59With the help of a concerned citizen, the operation was carried out.

02:03According to the victim, she started raping the suspect when she was only eight years old.

02:09The suspect threatened her, so she did not complain.

02:13The suspect was arrested for filing a complaint of statutory rape.
