आकाशीय बिजली गिरने से कस्बे में गडरारोड में रेलवे इलेक्ट्रिक लाइन को नुकसान पहुंचा। इस पर बॉर्डर के आखिरी रेलवे स्टेशन मुनाबाव से बाड़मेर तक सुबह प्रतिदिन चलने वाली साधारण रेल कोसोमवार को गडरारोड़ रेलवे स्टेशन पर ही रोक दिया गया। इस दौरान कई यात्रियों जिनको जोधपुर,बीकानेर और गुजरात जाना था उन्हें काफी परेशानी उठानी पड़ी तो कई यात्री बसों से रवाना हुए।
