00:23I'm assuming you showed up to write down all the contractual numbers that you've sent over

00:27to CD and Dak and just give us some insight about what those look like.

00:32Absolutely.

00:33We'll just get a copy of it, throw it out here, and we take a picture of it.

00:36Now, I understand people get caught up in average money per year, and I understand that.

00:41But when it comes to CD, would it be fair to say maybe the point of negotiation is more

00:47total guaranteed money as opposed to year-by-year value?

00:51Yeah.

00:52It all comes into play at the end of the day.

00:57That's part of the art of the negotiation, is to mix and match and trade off.

01:02Obviously, cash flow can be very important to these guys.

01:07Guarantee's very important.

01:09Obviously, how we structure it to work around our cap situation.

01:14No one hoping that the cap historically has done this in terms of going up every year.

01:21It's not always a given.

01:23We had the COVID year, and so not always a given.

01:28You certainly try to structure things that give you ... You ladder that out so that the

01:33cap situation can work for us.

01:36It's just a lot of moving parts to it, especially when you're talking about the type of numbers

01:40we're talking about for CD and Dak.

01:44It's real money.
