पूर्व डीजीपी एसपी वैद ने बजट पर बात करते हुए आईएनएस से बताया कि इस बजट में भारत सरकार ने जम्मू कश्मीर पुलिस के लिए डायरेक्ट फंडिंग करने का निर्णय लिया है, जिसमें 12000 करोड़ सेपरेटली एयरमार्क वह यूनियन टेरिटरी के बजट का हिस्सा नहीं होगा ओवर अबव होगा। इससे दो फायदे होंगे और एक यूनियन टेरिटरी का 11% बजट पुलिस पर लगता था वो दूसरे कामों में इस्तेमाल कर सकते हो। डेवलपमेंट हो रोड बनाने हो बिल्डिंग बनानी हो हेल्थ डिपार्टमेंट में या फिर एग्रीकल्चर में एजुकेशन सेक्टर में आप उसको इस्तेमाल कर सकते हो इसमें यूनियन टेरिटरी को एडवांटेज होगा डेवलपमेंट के भी काम कर सकते हो। J&K पुलिस पूरे देश के लिए लड़ती है। इस बजट से J&K पुलिस और भी मजबूत होगी।
