This goes beyond the MUDA scam; it extends to Valmiki Board scam, involving over 89 crores, as admitted by the Chief Minister in the assembly. The High Court noted that decisions by the Mysore Development Authority (Moda) and the Karnataka Urban Development Department couldn't have been made without Mr. Siddaramaiah's influence, facilitating scams worth crores that require investigation.
