00:12The two men in the taxi were arrested by the operatives of the District Anti-Carnapping Unit of the QCPD.

00:20The two men in the taxi were arrested in Quezon City.

00:23According to the police, the suspects pretended to be passengers and drove to Loton in Manila.

00:28They ordered the driver to take them to Teachers Village here in Quezon City.

00:34When they arrived here in Barangay Teachers Village, one of the men was hit by a baton

00:42and the other suspect, who was next to him, was stealing a car.

00:48The taxi was forcefully taken.

00:51When the driver lowered the taxi, he immediately filed a report.
