00:16The two minors were arrested by the people of Barangay Sampaloc in Tanay, Rizal.

00:22They were involved in the following incidents of the Nakawan in the area.

00:26The suspects, Alias AA and Alias Noynoy, both 13 years old, were identified.

00:32Our house was being robbed.

00:34The kid passed by.

00:36He was seen in a dark place.

00:38I asked him where he was going.

00:40He didn't answer.

00:41So, our tendency is to bring the kid here.

00:44When it came to the barangay, the authorities confirmed

00:47that they were the ones looking for the suspects

00:49in the thefts in the area based on the CCTV footage.

00:53There was a complainant here.

00:55Based on the CCTV footage,

00:57it was confirmed that it was the two kids.

00:59This Wednesday, one of the suspects passed by the street

01:04and followed him in a hoodie.

01:06Their target was supposed to be a food stall,
