01:27that his heart beats that the Philippines and China agreed on the ROREM mission.

01:55The Philippines and China agreed on the details

02:13Senate Special Committee on Philippine Maritime and Admiralty Zones Chairman Senator Francis Tolentino

02:18called on the DFA to release the contents of the agreement to the public.

02:26Senate President Jesus Codero said that the agreement between China and the Philippines is not a treaty,

02:31so the Senate does not need to ratify it.
