00:00We are proud to be a part of Malaysia's economic and social movement.
00:16Ladies and gentlemen, as an organization that has existed for more than 100 years in Malaysia,
00:22we appreciate the significant role of the cooperation movement in the economic activity of our country's socio-economic growth.
00:33I would like to congratulate the national cooperation movement for the high spirit of struggle in strengthening our country's people's economy.
00:43Unlike other companies, the cooperation movement is a social company that is oriented to the interests of its members and the people.
00:54The cooperation prioritizes the principles of justice, democracy, and solidarity in every operation.
01:02The benefits obtained are not only prioritized for individual benefits, but are equally shared among its members.
01:11This makes the cooperation more resilient in facing the economic crisis as proven during the pandemic a few years ago.
01:23With a focus on the empowerment of the community, cooperation continues to be an important pillar in achieving prosperity and economic stability in our country.
01:34Now we can be proud of the achievement of the cooperation movement in our country,
01:40which in 2023, the number of cooperation in Malaysia increased to 15,809 members with a total of 7.2 million members.
01:54In addition, the acquisition of the national cooperation movement increased to Rp 64.6 billion.
02:01What is more impressive is that this figure has exceeded the basic target set by the government of Rp 60 billion for 2025,
02:13which we have achieved two years earlier.
02:16Congratulations to our national cooperation movement.
02:20At the same time, the success of the cooperation movement in various economic sectors
02:26has succeeded in increasing the accumulation of share and interest capital to Rp 17.4 billion
02:33with asset deposits of a total of Rp 165.9 billion.
02:40Looking at the positive economic growth of the country,
02:44at a rate of Rp 5.0%,
02:51we believe that the target of Rp 73 billion in the acquisition of cooperation
02:56as set in the basis of the Malaysia-Dakom 2030 cooperation can be achieved earlier.
03:09I urge all government agencies to pay attention to the cooperation movement.
03:20The conditions are tight.
03:23The management is tight.
03:28While the space can be maintained in terms of image,
03:32but history has proven that there are many corporations that have been affected
03:37because the management is weak.
03:39Therefore, we will help in all aspects.
03:44We have a digital ministry.
03:47I want the digital ministry to pay attention to one of its focus,
03:51which is the digital program in space and cooperation.
04:00We have the Ministry of Home Affairs and Consumer Affairs.
04:08There is a provision for Rahmah shops.
04:15I want part of that provision
04:19to start with Rp 2 million in the space.
04:29We have the village of Bandani.
04:33Now, the village of Bandani has taken several units,
04:39such as the mosque authority, women,
04:42I want to put cooperation in that group.
04:48And the village of Bandani, I want to start
04:52so that in the program,
04:56Rp 2 million is continuously distributed to the cooperation below.
05:03Today, in the space and all movements of cooperation,
05:10there are large, medium, and rural groups,
05:14and villages.
05:16There is a school cooperation.
05:18Wow, the school is great. I want to congratulate them.
05:25And all these forces are very important.
05:29That's why I pay more attention.
05:33And about the law,
05:36Minister Won told me that there is an initial draft,
05:40and God willing, in a few months,
05:45when it is ready with the Ministry of State Affairs,
05:48it will be brought to the Ministry of Home Affairs for us to pass.
05:51If it is too late, I want to call him and Suryani to the ministry.
05:55But I believe, seeing their achievements,
05:59it can be implemented.
06:03Therefore, from the Prime Minister,
06:06the Minister, the KSU,
06:09all the agencies must re-focus
06:13on every activity, including entrepreneurs.
06:16I will talk to the Minister of Finance,
06:19the Minister of Industry and Investment,
06:22Mr. Zafrul,
06:24so that there is a special session with Angkasa
06:26to find ways and methods to benefit in that activity.
06:31And ideas such as the ICA,
06:36International Cooperative Alliance,
06:38will be able to help.
06:41And because we will be hosting ASEAN
06:44at the end of this year,
06:47I want to
06:50move the cooperation
06:52into one of our agendas next year.
06:58So far, not yet.
07:00In the month of Rabu,
07:02ASEAN can remind us
07:04to include cooperation in the economic agenda.
07:08And participation is important.
07:10Therefore,
07:12to build the strength of cooperation in the international field,
07:17because I am also a close friend of ASEAN,
07:21I will spend RM1 million for that.
07:26Now,
07:28we are also focusing on mosque cooperation.
07:33And I will bring it
07:35to the meeting of the Islamic Development Council,
07:38which is now chaired by
07:42His Excellency Sultan Nazrin Perak Darurutuan,
07:47so that it can be discussed in the MKI,
07:51asking for cooperation from countries.
07:54And I will present to His Excellency
07:58so that the mosque can be used
08:01to build the strength of cooperation.
08:08And to build the strength in the village area,
08:14especially the village mosque,
08:16I will spend RM1.5 million for that.
08:20And all of this will be done through the space.
08:22Thank you.
08:25And to complete,
08:29RM1.5 million will be allocated to the space
08:32for management,
08:34skill training and expertise
08:37so that the strength of space management can be enhanced.
08:52Thank you.
