00:08It was early in the morning when a fire broke out in a residential area in Barangay Marulas, Valenzuela.

00:15The fire quickly spread and reached the second alarm.

00:19The firefighters did not go down to the fire truck.

00:23The CCTV footage shows the sudden increase of fire in a unit in the vicinity of vacant apartments.

00:29It also spread to nearby houses.

00:32Mang Charlie was just shocked while watching his house being burned down.

00:37We took out all our belongings.

00:41So far, God has mercy, there is no...

00:44There is no one injured or dead.

00:54But unfortunately, we did not save anything.

00:58They only saved clothes and important documents.

01:03The fire lasted for almost an hour before the firefighters were able to extinguish it.

01:08The fire is still being investigated.
