00:21And out of that 100 million, 50 million was in grants and 50 million was through loans from agrobanks.
00:30So we can see that it's a bit difficult for some of these smallholders to go and borrow from the banks.
00:40Because banks like agrobanks have a lot of conditions.
00:44Even though they borrow 50 percent, 50 percent in grants, they cannot fulfill a lot of criteria.
00:49So the government is looking at it, and it's very likely that we will propose the next budget
00:56on how we can make it easier to borrow that 50 percent,
01:00so that we can make it easier for smallholders who have trees that are over 25 years old.
