00:35And that's because of what this President has done.

00:37As a partner, though, she's been in charge of root causes of migration for years.

00:42She has never spoken to the Border Patrol Chief Jason Owens or the Border Patrol Chief

00:46before him, Raul Ortiz.

00:49What should that tell us about her leadership style?

00:52She was supposed to be doing root causes dealing with diplomacy, diplomacy, wait, diplomacy.

00:58That's what her job was supposed to be, diplomatic.

01:04That's the job.

01:06And I understand that you're asking these questions, but we should also look at congressional

01:12Republicans who got in the way, literally got in the way of everything that this President

01:18was trying to do to deal with the border.

01:20They got in the way.

01:21They would say one thing and then they would change their mind.

01:24They would say, we want Border Patrol, we want, you know, we want a deal on what's happening

01:30at the border, and then they would walk away from it.

01:33And they did it because of what the former President said.

01:37You guys reported that.

01:38I don't know.

01:39That's not coming from me.

01:40Some of your colleagues reported that the former President said, let's not move forward

01:43with this proposal because it's going to help Joe Biden.

01:47I mean, that's also the reality.

01:49You got to talk about both sides here.
