Chief Minister says assaults are blemish on capital following homophobic attacks

The ACT chief minister Andrew Barr says the LGBTQI community feels under threat in the wake of recent homophobic attacks on men in Canberra. Mr Barr - who is the only openly gay leader of government in the country - says assaults on gay men are a blemish on the capital, which prides itself on inclusivity.
