The ACT chief minister Andrew Barr says the LGBTQI community feels under threat in the wake of recent homophobic attacks on men in Canberra. Mr Barr - who is the only openly gay leader of government in the country - says assaults on gay men are a blemish on the capital, which prides itself on inclusivity.
