TMZ obtained this video of Kroy's run-in with cops in late June outside the couple's Georgia home, where neighbors called authorities to report the Biermann's Cane Corso -- named Stone -- for getting out into the community and terrifying some folks on the streets.

02:12And then another guy said the dog ran at him and his dog and that he's been carrying pepper spray
02:18because he's scared walking around the neighborhood because he's such a menace.
02:21Having done people's court for 157 years, I can tell you that according to the law, the leash law,
02:27and confining animals, you need a fence.
02:31And the fence needs to secure the dog.
02:34And if it's not securing the dog, you're violating the law.
02:37What if you can't afford to fix your gate?
02:40They're having money issues.
02:42Then leave the dog inside and take him out on a leash.
