Kroy Biermann is fuming, but this time it's not at Kim Zolciak -- he's pissed cops ticketed him over his dog escaping his yard, and new body cam footage shows him fighting tooth and nail to keep his cool.

00:00Hey, that's why I don't know. I just pulled up. So what happened?
00:05Uh, we got a call for a loose dog. It was like aggressive to like neighbors or something
00:11like that. They do it every, all day, every day.
00:15Did your dog, did you say something about a dog coming to you?
00:18Yeah, he came out, he said hello to me, but you know, he balked at me, so I like.
00:22So he came out of the house? Yeah, that's his house though.
00:26We get this call all the time. We've had, uh, animal control calls.
00:30Yeah. Like ten plus times on us.
00:32Okay. We're in the public eye.
00:34We're going through a very nasty divorce.
00:36This community does not like us.
00:38It's just harassment, but whatever you need me to say or whatever you need me to do.
00:42No, we're just here to do an investigation.
00:44Okay.
00:45It's probably been a couple months I've been out here before. Do you remember me?
00:48Maybe.
00:49I know we've been here for different reasons, but I was here specifically about the dog the one time.
00:53Okay.
00:54So today, um, and again, this isn't actually the, the neighbors are being pretty reasonable about it.
00:59We have a couple complaints, one from, uh, earlier this morning, then one from this afternoon.
01:04And then the one from this afternoon had somebody that observed it.
01:08So all we're going to do at this point because of the, the history is do just a city muni code.
01:14It's not like anything goes on your criminal record or anything.
01:16It's just the city ordinance says that an animal has to be confined to your property.
01:20It can't run out or get off the property.
01:23Um, be aware that if it were to run or bite or do something like that,
01:27an animal control gets notified or something, they, they would take much more, um, severe measures potentially.
01:34So at that point, um, that's, what's going to be done today.
01:38Like I said, that's just something you sign and you can either show up, pay whatever, whatever, right.
01:42You have a right to do either.
01:43So we can knock that out really quickly and then you'll be good.
01:48I'm being fined for my dog being on private property.
01:51It's in the, within the city, it has to be combined to your property inside.
01:57This is my property.
01:58What do you mean?
01:59This is my property because I pay HOA dues.
02:01So I have a right to have this property.
02:04The way the law is interpreted is your dog is confined to your lawyer.
02:08Well, that, like I said, that is, I agree.
02:10If you don't, we aren't going to probably come to agreement today, but like I said, I'm not trying to be antagonistic or nasty.
02:15We've always been fine, but I, I have a right to do what's right by, by everybody.
02:20So this is what, um, my Sergeant talked about.
02:22I thought about this mill and animal at large, and this is what happened this morning.
02:27So what your dog ran out, open gate, and it chased two different people at two different times.
02:31It's more, that's the previous version of what happened.
02:34My report.
02:35I am going to go in more in a detail about how do I run out and what the people said.
02:39Um, one got chased on the other side of the street and had to jump in somebody's car and somebody else.
02:48They got chased on this side, chased this side of the street and thought they were going to have to pepper spray your dog.
02:52That's what they said.
02:54They pepper sprayed my dog?
02:55No, thought they were going to have to. Thought.
03:00But either way, like I said, um, just in the future, if the dogs are out, just trust me.
03:06Is this the only way they can get out is through this gate?
03:11Mr. Fairman, is this the only way they can get out is through the gate?
03:13Yes.
03:14Okay.
03:16Okay.
03:17Oh my God.
03:25No, go ahead sir, ask any questions you want.
03:29Alright, so.
