00:15Emil, there's no electricity but the flood continues here in San Juan.

00:21Yesterday, the San Juan River was flooded in the town of San Juan and nearby areas.

00:26A man was also lost after the river overflowed.

00:37A man who was watched by the flood is being searched by the Bureau of Fire Protection in San Juan.

00:43But due to the strong flow of water, he's almost invisible.

00:47There it is, it's sinking.

03:04They need ready-to-eat food, clothes, blankets, diapers, and water.

03:10Public and private workers are not allowed to enter San Juan.
