00:14and plenty of clientele through the door, really good. And what's the theme of this particular

00:21new venue? It's based on Nashville honky tonk, so country, old country music, old Americana,

00:31yeah, stuff like that. What drinks will you be doing here at Cactus Jack's Honky Tonk?

00:39Okay, we've got our usual draft products on, we've got a selection of different spirits,

00:44bottles and then quite a range of cocktails as well.

00:50I understand that there'll be music played every night at Honky Tonk, what's the position?

00:58Yes, there'll be every Friday and Saturday night, over the tramlines weekend there will be

01:05Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We have got obviously Iron House drum kit ready to go,

01:11we've got a stage here ready for the bands to come onto there. Have there been any bands playing

01:16already? Yes, we've had a band called Country Bound who did the opening weekend. Was it good?

01:23Really good, really good. What sort of music were they playing? Old country, some old Americana,

01:29yeah. And I gather there's an unusual costume for the waiters and waitresses here? Yes,

01:38so you will see all the staff in their cowboy hats.
