Man charged with murder after allegedly planning hit-and-run

A second arrest has been made over the alleged hit-run killing of a young mother south of Brisbane on Friday. A 27-year-old man has been charged with murder along with his girlfriend who was arrested on Saturday. Police allege Tyler Scott William James planned the killing of his former partner.

00:58The accused was remanded in custody after his case was mentioned in the Brisbane Magistrates
01:03Court this morning.
01:04He is expected to appear again at the end of this month.
01:09Police have revealed social media accounts belonging to the co-accused are being examined
01:14and will form part of their investigation.
01:17They're also calling on anyone who was on Alamanda Drive, Daisy Hill last Wednesday
01:22or Friday to come forward.
