Court hears of Tasmanian Supreme Court Justice Gregory Geason's surprise over allegations of assault and emotional abuse

Tasmanian supreme court judge Gregory Geason has now completed his time in the witness box as a magistrate’s court hearing continues. Justice Gleason has pleaded not guilty to emotional abuse or intimidation and a count of assault. He gave evidence about the alleged assault and was questioned over his actions after the incident.
