35:22Dumlao was one of the police accused of kidnapping with homicide in the murder of Ji,

35:28who was stabbed to death and cremated inside Camp Kramen in 2016.

35:34According to the CA, the Angeles RTC has gross misapprehension of facts

35:41because its decision is clear in the testimony of the witnesses.

35:45The CA also called the decision an insult to the judicial process because the RTC ignored the other evidence.

35:53And it seems that Dumlao's release is now certain.

35:57Because of that, the CA condemned Dumlao for perpetual reclusion and almost Php 600,000 damages for kidnapping and other cases.

36:07Dumlao is still trying to get justice regarding his conviction by the Court of Appeals.

36:44several leaders of the Camera conducted an inspection inside the Session Hall in favor of House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

36:52Unity, solidarity in politics, and the establishment of a strong country became the center of the Speaker's message,

36:59primarily the support for the President.

37:02The priority of the Camera is to pass the Php 6.352 trillion national budget before the Congress recesses in October

37:11and the remaining three LEDAC bills that the Camera will not pass.

37:15The amendments to the Foreign Investors Long-Term Lease Act, amendments to the Agrarian Reform Law,

37:20and amendments to the Electric Power Industry Reform Act or EPIRA.

37:24Since the opening of the first regular session of the 19th Congress until the opening of the third regular session,

37:32more than 12,000 bills were passed by the Camera,

37:37including the Maharlika Investment Fund Act, Ease of Paying Taxes Act, New Government Procurement Act,

37:43Anti-Financial Account Scamming Act, Free College Entrance Examinations Act, and Kabalikat sa Pagtuturo Act.

37:50All the bills that the President asked for in the previous session were passed by the Camera.

37:56The Speaker expects that the President will pass a new set of Senate Priority Bills later,

38:02which will also be a priority for the Camera.

38:05The Speaker insisted that the country's economy should be strong

38:08and the Camera supports the lowering of the tariff on imported rice from 35% to 15%.

38:16He also said that the relationship between the Philippines and other countries is good.

38:19In implementing the oversight functions of the Camera,

38:22the Camera will strengthen the fight against criminal activities such as investigations,
