00:25Audrey, security outside Batasang Pambansa is now in order for the third state of the nation address of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

00:36In fact, just past 5 in the morning, the police have already formed outside the two gates of Batasang Pambansa for tight security.

00:46At the north gate, where some delegates are expected to pass for the zone,

00:51the vehicles are not allowed to enter without a car pass and ID that is related to the zone.

00:57Aside from the security, according to the Philippine National Police,

01:01for the north gate, 257 PNP personnel are deployed here.

01:07Aside from security, the police will also help in controlling the traffic.

01:11Meanwhile, not only the north gate is being guarded by the authorities,

01:16but also the south gate of Batasan Complex.

01:19At the south gate, there are 125 police deployed,

01:23and together with the BFP, MMDA, QC, DRMO, there are 309 in total.

01:31For now, the south gate is closed and only VIPs can enter.

01:36At the north gate, only employees are expected to enter early for the zone.

01:45According to the authorities, there is still no warning if a road will be closed outside the north and south gate of Batasang Pambansa.
