00:00This is a 12-hour time-lapse of a flight radar in the airspace of the United States.

00:07You can see how it slows down and it looks like a lot of airplanes are flying on the map.

00:11This is a result of a global cyber outage in the computer systems in the Microsoft Windows operating system.

00:17Passengers in Ninoy Aquino International Airport and Mactan-Cebu International Airport are also having a headache

00:24because the system in the airports has almost been paralyzed last night.

00:27Today, check-and-counters in IAT Terminal 3 have already spread a lot

00:32even though there are still queues and other stranded passengers passing through the terminal

00:37because of their canceled flights.

00:40This was planned last February, but it just happened suddenly.
