00:16Four months after the Senate issued a warrant of arrest to send Pastor Apolo Q. Buloy to the Senate hearing, this still hasn't happened.
00:27But in the Supreme Court, the roll of the petition filed by his camp to stop the Senate's call to him, the petition for certiorari and prohibition with issuance of temporary restraining order and or writ of preliminary injunction.
00:44In a comment posted by the Office of the Solicitor General, he said that the Supreme Court should deny the requested TRO and trash Buloy's petition due to lack of merit.
00:56According to the OSG, Buloy does not have time to invoke his right against self-incrimination.
01:04It can also not be said that if Buloy will attend the Senate hearing, his right to refuse to answer the questions that he will pose will be violated.
