Police cordon off the Luxe at Lion and Lamb yard

A popular Farnham high-end dining venue was vandalised on Thursday, July 18.
At around 11 pm as the Luxe was closing three men allegedly attacked the venue destroying windows and damaging some of the internal decor in the venue.
Police have been at the crime scene for a long time and have been gathering till the early hours of this morning.
Despite the middle of Lion and Lamb yard being cordoned off by police all businesses have been opened and accessible except the Luxe.
A narrow bypass between Coffee Diem Pizzeria and Cote Brasserie has been made accessible to get between Upper and Lower Lion and Lamb Yard.
Farnham residents woke up to rumours on social media of between 30-20 attackers but owner Jan claims that this is nonsense and there were only three people involved.
Jan is hoping that after the police cordon has been removed he can get to work rebuilding as is hoping that windows and damage can be fixed so that they can provide dinner service later tonight.
The Herald is still awaiting a response from the Police on the matter.
