Canal cordoned off as huge fire engulfs derelict building in Leeds

The Leeds Liverpool Canal has been cordoned off and people have been urged to avoid the area as a huge blaze broke out at an abandoned building in Armley.

Neighbours have been told to keep their doors and windows shut as a result of the fire, that was reported shortly after 5am on July 28 at a building at Canal Mills.
