00:00Two police officers are now being investigated for being involved with a traffic enforcer in Valenzuela City.
00:07The enforcers only saw the officers who, aside from riding a motorcycle and drinking alcohol,
00:13were not wearing helmets.
00:16The local government of Lungsod considered the traffic enforcer because of his duty.

00:34on Calle MH Del Pilar, Barangay Mabolo, Valenzuela City on Sunday morning.
00:40Ronaldo David of the Traffic Management Office or TMO Valenzuela noticed
00:45the two motorcycle riders who were both not wearing helmets and wearing flip-flops.
00:49It was clear that Lungsod's order was against the right dress code of the motorcycle riders on the road.
00:54But when he saw the motorcycle riders, he was shocked.
00:59The Police of Manila found out that they met Police Staff Sgt. Ernesto Camacho
01:03and Police Staff Sgt. Masung Cabudoy, who were really at Del Pan Police Station 12.

01:27The two policemen were released from the investigation and were invited to a certain occasion in Valenzuela City.

02:13Before the press conference of the Valenzuela LGU ended,
02:17they received a message from the Manila Police District saying that there is action from their side up to the incident.
02:24The police were disarmed and they are under restrictive custody at this moment.

02:38The mentioned suspects will be faced with grave threats and physical injuries.
