00:19He was arrested by CCTV in Barangay Mabolo, Valenzuela City on the early morning of July 14.

00:27It was not only an incident of road rage but also a case of police abuse.

00:32The one wearing a red jacket is Ronaldo David, a traffic enforcer and victim of this case.

00:40The two officers who approached him were police officers who were seen pulling a gun and punching Ronaldo in the face.

00:48The one who pulled and punched was Police Staff Sergeant Ernesto Camacho.

00:53Police Staff Sergeant Robert Cabudoy was the one wearing a black T-shirt.

02:34The commander of Police Station 12 of the MPD in Valenzuela Police was informed and promised to take action.

02:41He told me that at that time, he didn't know the people involved.

03:06While Mayor Gatchalian was having a press conference, MPD Director Brigadier General Arnold Ibay texted

03:29Interior Secretary Benjur Abalo reminded the PNP of the importance of quick action in cases like this of police abuse.

03:37Disciplinary action must be taken immediately to show the public that police abuse is not allowed in the PNP.

03:45The MPD has not yet issued a new statement, even though the two police officers are in their custody.
