00:23are paying higher and higher prices, the highest in Europe, and all for a really bad
00:29service. The trains are overcrowded. They don't come on time. In many parts of the country
00:34they don't run at all. They don't pay their drivers. They don't look after their drivers
00:40properly and so on. So I think it's necessary to look at the whole question of the railways
00:47again.
00:48The trains are running much better now. They were awfully not up to time, but now they're
00:53keeping time. I often catch a train to Manchester and now you can get a direct train now and
00:59then.
