00:27Number 10, Fran, Power Rangers, Jungle Fury.
00:30Fran was a regular customer at Jungle Karma Pizza before finally being brought in to help
00:34out, unknowingly working alongside the new Jungle Fury Rangers.
00:43With the rangers being called away so often, Fran is usually left in charge of the restaurant,
00:47feeling taken advantage of by her friends.
00:49But eventually, she finds out that her co-workers are actually the heroes this city needs, and
00:53is more than willing to help out when needed.
00:57Fran becomes a vital part of the group, not afraid to stand up to her friends when she
01:04needs to, and is usually the one to bring them back to their senses.
01:10Number 9, Claire, Power Rangers, Mystic Force.
01:13When we first met Claire, she was Udonna's bumbling niece and apprentice sorceress.
01:17She was as sweet as can be, but struggled at even the most basic spells and potions.
01:21However, there's more to her than meets the eye.
01:23Her late mother was the Gatekeeper, the legendary sorceress that sealed away the underworld,
01:28and Claire is next in line for the title.
01:34Living up to her mother's legacy seems impossible for poor Claire, but with a little confidence
01:38and training, she has the potential to be the all-powerful guardian she's destined to be.
01:42But until then, her devotion to Udonna and the rangers is more than anyone can ask for.
01:54Number 8, Mason Truman, Power Rangers RPM.
01:58With nearly all of humanity wiped out by Venjix's forces, the domed city of Corinth is the only
02:03safe haven left.
02:04Along with the rangers, the city's defenses are protected by Colonel Truman, Scott's father.
02:13He's a tough-as-nails man, who often clashes with his son on how to protect the city.
02:17But can you blame him?
02:18He's under enough pressure trying to ensure everyone's safety, and he already lost his
02:22eldest when the war first broke out.
02:30But as long as he can cooperate with the rangers, they have an even greater chance of ending
02:34Venjix's tyranny.
02:35Once the war is over, he's more than happy to work alongside his son again, and even
02:39help other ranger teams if needed.
02:44Number 7, Hayley Zichter, Power Rangers Dino Thunder.
02:48It may not be Ernie's juice bar, but Hayley's cyberspace is an excellent hotspot for the
02:52modern generation of teenagers with attitude.
02:54Most of this is thanks to the owner, Hayley herself, who mysteriously knows just what
02:58her customers need even before they do.
03:04It turns out that she's also an old friend of Tommy's, and helped him develop the Dino
03:07Thunder morphers.
03:08Once Tommy becomes the Black Dino Ranger, she's recruited full-time as the ranger's
03:12tech support, helping to build their weapons and gadgets.
03:18Whether she's behind a cafe counter or a computer desk, there isn't anything Hayley
03:22can't handle.
03:23Just be sure to tell her beforehand if you need your cycle to fly.
03:36Many consider Bulk and Skull to be the real stars of the franchise, and it's not hard
03:40to see why.
03:42Along with their hilarious antics, this bumbling twosome has had some of the best character
03:47development in the series.
03:48They started as typical high school punks who tease our heroes, but almost always get
03:52their comeuppance.
03:53However, over time, they went through many different arcs that saw them try to unmask
03:57the Power Rangers, become junior law enforcers, briefly transform into chimpanzees, and even
04:02become heroes during a major crisis.
04:06In later years, Bulk even looked after Skull and Hayley's children.
04:09In later years, Bulk even looked after Skull's son, Spike, to train him as a samurai.
04:13Watching these doofuses grow as people is almost better than watching the actual rangers.
04:25Andrew Hartford is a rich adventurer and the mentor for the Overdrive Rangers, but even
04:30he needs a little help.
04:31Thankfully for him, he has his faithful butler, Spencer, to keep things in order.
04:35While Hartford gives the rangers their orders, Spencer takes the time to connect to each
04:38ranger personally and offer them guidance when they need it most.
04:46Not only that, but he's also a master of disguise, able to flawlessly change his face
04:50and his voice to fool those around him.
04:52His sarcastic sense of humor is the only thing sharper than his wisdom and disguises.
04:59While Operation Overdrive is a divisive season, Spencer stands out in the best way as the
05:03franchise's own Alfred Pennyworth.
05:09Number 4, Cat Manx, Power Rangers S.P.D.
05:13The S.P.D. rangers give it their all to protect the streets of New Tech City, but S.P.D. itself
05:18couldn't function without Cat Manx.
05:20Cat is the head of the base's R&D department and helped develop the rangers' gadgets,
05:24including the criminal containment system and their morphers.
05:30Outside of her tech smarts, she's also a huge source of emotional counseling for both
05:34the rangers and Commander Kruger.
05:36She even briefly got a chance to get on the battlefield as the S.P.D. Cat Ranger.
05:44While she's more than capable of helping S.P.D. at a higher level, she knows that the
05:48Earth Base is where she truly belongs.
05:50Her loyalty is rivaled only by her bumbling yet faithful assistant, Boom.
05:59Number 3, Billy Cranston, Power Rangers Zeo and Power Rangers Cosmic Fury.
06:04Of course we all know Billy as the OG Mighty Morphin' Blue Ranger.
06:07In Zeo, however, when the other rangers get their new powers, he willingly gives up his
06:11Zeo crystal and chooses to become a tech aide in the power chamber.
06:19While it's sad that he wasn't on the battlefield anymore, he proved to be much needed help
06:22from the sidelines, using his vast scientific knowledge and gadgets to aid against the Machine Empire.
06:33However, near the end of the season, Billy began rapidly aging, and reluctantly left
06:37Earth to be cured.
06:38However, he would eventually return to duty and even become a mentor figure to the Cosmic
06:42Fury Rangers, once again proving that once a ranger, always a ranger.
06:49Number 2, Angela Fairweather, Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue.
06:53Lightspeed Aqua Base is a government facility that created its own fleet of rangers to combat
06:57the demons of Mariner Bay.
06:59The true mastermind of the operation is the Aqua Base's head scientist, Miss Angela Fairweather.
07:11She personally created the rangers' morphers, zords, and various arsenal.
07:14She's stern and professional, especially when it comes to co-worker relationships,
07:18but she also understands the rangers' value not only as heroes, but as people.
07:30Along with being a genius, her second greatest achievement is being able to resist the charms
07:34of the egotistical Joel.
07:35However, he wins her over in the end, when she learns to see the best in him.
