00:00Every month of the year, we have a three-day weekend, which then forms a four-day work weekend.
00:05What it does, it allows everyone to kind of recharge at least once a month.
00:10So months that don't have holidays, we create a holiday we call Mountain Day.
00:15And everyone just loves it. They get to get out.
00:18Actually, you know, what's really interesting is a lot of people in the company,
00:22they travel together because they're the only ones that have the day off.
00:25And so they use the time and really enjoy.
00:28And I think everyone thinks it's like their number one favorite,
00:32you know, kind of work-life balance thing that we do at the company.
00:35And so that's been an added bonus that we entirely did not anticipate.
00:40It's been great. We strongly encourage.
00:42Plus, we pay for vacations at Mount.
00:44We don't just give you the vacation time.
00:46We actually give you an allowance to help pay for them.
00:49So that also encourages that kind of community.
00:52So in terms of like the five-day workweek,
00:54one thing to keep in mind about that is that
00:58it's hard for a company to go full four-day workweek every week
01:02because you're now competing with 20% less of the time.
01:06And if your competitors are not doing that,
01:08it's like you couldn't have a hockey team that always has
01:11one less player on the court and win consistently.
01:14It's just not possible.
01:16Well, you can't do that with a four-day workweek
01:18if the entire rest of the country is on a five-day.
01:20But you can use time more efficiently.
01:22You can find that one week, a year, a month, I should say,
01:27where we take an extra day off.
01:29You can do those things.
01:30And then I think people just actually work hard.
01:33It's that work hard, play hard.
01:35It like almost fosters it because they value the time off.
01:39So they work harder during the time that they're,
01:42quote unquote, on the clock, so to say.
