01:08The inauguration of this water reservoir project happened more than four decades after the completion of its first stage

01:21The National Irrigation Administration, Department of Agriculture, and others were involved in this project.

01:32The project is worth P20 billion.
01:35It has three key components.

02:30Then, we made flood control projects to stop flooding, and invested billions more for bulk water.
02:37In Bagong, Philippines, we are strategically harnessing our finite resources, especially water.
02:46This project will also help to solve the issue of water in the area,
02:50provide electricity and provide tourism to the province.
