00:12Yes, the duty magistrate's decision to discharge Sanam Javed has been challenged by the FIA.

00:20And the FIA has said that they want to interrogate Sanam Javed.

00:25However, the duty magistrate has discharged Sanam Javed instead of giving him a physical remand or judicial action.

00:32On this request, the duty judge, Chaudhary Aamir Zia, on behalf of the Samat Additional District and Session Judge, Afzal Majooka Giadum,

00:40and the FIA prosecutor and the interrogation officer presented themselves in front of the court.

00:44On behalf of the FIA, it was stated that the internet is a borderless medium that cannot be controlled.

00:51All the evidences of Sanam Javed's Twitter account are present with the FIA.

00:56There is no registered office of Twitter in Pakistan and they cannot go to the US for legal reasons.

01:03The court has issued a notice for the two parties for July 18 on the request of the FIA and the case has been adjourned for July 18.
