00:22He has 30 days to submit to the camera the NEP or National Expenditure Program

00:29after the State of the Nation Address of the President.

00:32The proposed national budget for next year is up to Php 6.352 trillion.

00:39This is 10% higher than the budget for this year which is Php 5.768 trillion.
