00:26:23Everything that I was looking for, my path, my answers, they are all right here.
00:26:34This is a traditional Slavic ritual called Prii Svidenye, or The Joining.
00:26:41It is a month-long daily practice curated by my ancestors generations ago meant to join the soul back to the body.
00:26:51The ultimate spiritual centering.
00:26:55My grandmother, she saw how this culture takes and takes and takes and never gives anything back.
00:27:02So, she found something in the history of our people.
00:27:10I know that these videos started out as one thing, but I truly believe that they can be so much more.
00:27:18I don't know how to speak Sanskrit.
00:27:22I am an influencer, imposter, living a lie.
00:27:28And I don't know how far I'll have to go to start living my truth, but this feels like the first step.
00:27:41For years, I was a slave to caffeine.
00:27:45Working on Wall Street, I would drink like 12 espressos a day.
00:27:50But when I went on a business retreat in Bali, I tried chai masala tea.

00:33:38This is a very, very common holistic practice.
00:33:42It is called a throat cleanse.
00:33:44You can look it up.
00:33:45It's kind of like a nasal cleanse, which I've done before.
00:33:48Not a big deal.
00:33:49All you do is you take a string and you swallow it on down in your throat and then you take it back out.
00:33:56And that's it.

00:43:16So I know that most of you don't have a mystery bottle of tea leaves
00:43:19hiding around in your dead grandma's secret crawl space,
00:43:22but, you know, you can use any kind of herbal remedy that you have.
00:43:26Maybe some CBD, whatever mellows you out.
