During the golden jubilee celebration of the National Union of the Teaching Profession (NUTP) on Saturday (July 13), the Prime Minister explained that while the government accepts the principle of promotion on a time-based system, this facility would be revoked for teachers who are negligent and exhibit poor discipline.
