(Adnkronos) - "Siamo un'azienda atipica, internazionale, che lavora su più fronti, per questo abbiamo deciso di abolire le timbrature, puntando all'autonomia e alla fiducia, all'organizzazione del nostro tempo. Lo facciamo anche tramite una politica di smart working in cui prevediamo due giorni in smart e tre giorni in presenza. Quindi, autonomia, fiducia, dialogo sono le nostre parole chiave e quelle che ci guidano nelle scelte”.
