00:08First up, in central Lancashire, the AstronomRibble monthly farmers market takes place next Saturday on July 21st.
00:17A major event for the local community, the market provides a welcome opportunity for people to shop in an environmentally conscious way,
00:25buying fresh food from local producers and minimising food miles.
00:30Guaranteed stalls include Lancashire cheese, Lake District meat, Fleetwood fish, fruit and vegetables, local honey, jams and chutneys, bread and cake, and homemade soap.
00:42On between 9am and 1pm at St Michael's Church, entry is free for everyone.
00:49Over on the Fylde Coast, Sister Act is on at the Blackpool Winter Gardens between Monday July 15th and Saturday July 20th.
00:58Directly from the West End, this award winning musical continues to sell out shows some 31 years after the original film was released in 1991.
01:08TV star Wendy Peters and West End favourite Landy Oshinoro head up the stellar cast.

01:20Up in Lancaster, the Big Grand Comedy Show is on at the Lancaster Grand Theatre on Friday July 19th.

01:55Taking place on Dockrow Farm near Sawley, Beat Herder is a musical festival covering all sorts of genres,
02:02with this year's headliners being electronic duos Leftfield, Orbital and British DJ Sub Focus.
02:09The line-up also features Shy FX, Renby, Dennis Salter, Goddard, LF System and Dick and Dom.
02:18Tickets are still available with a full four day ticket currently costing you around £253 and a three day ticket costing around £200.
02:29Finally, just outside of Lancashire, five spectacular nights of live music take place at Wigan's Robin Park Arena next week.
02:38As a series of top acts take to the stage, James Arthur kicks off the billing on Wednesday July 17th,
02:46followed by Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds on the 18th and The Lathams on the 19th,
02:52before finishing off with two shows from Verve frontman Richard Ashcroft on Saturday and Sunday.
02:59Tickets are still available for all five nights, but prices do vary depending on the artist.
03:05General admission prices range from £39.50 to £66.45 and VIP tickets range from £94.50 to £122.
