00:04with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Palawan and in Occidental, Mindoro

00:11due to the effects of the ITCZ or Intratropical Convergence Zone.

00:17Meanwhile, this cold part of Luzon along with Metro Manila

00:22will be a cloudy part until the sky is cloudy

00:27with isolated rains until the afternoon or night.

00:33Let's go to Visayas and Mindanao.

00:37Due to the presence of the ITCZ,

00:40we are expecting a cloudy sky with scattered rains and thunderstorms

00:48in Western Visayas along with Zamboanga Peninsula,

00:52Barm, Soc Sargen, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Occidental and Davao Oriental.

01:00Meanwhile, this cold part of Visayas along with the cold part of Mindanao

01:07will be a cloudy part until the sky is cloudy

01:12with isolated rains.

01:15These rains are usually in the afternoon or night.

01:22As you can see, almost the whole country is experiencing a cloudy sky

01:28due to the Intratropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ.

01:33This ITCZ will continue its effect tomorrow.

01:38So tomorrow, we can still expect a cloudy sky

01:44with scattered rains and thunderstorms

01:48in Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, Western Visayas,

01:53Zamboanga Peninsula, Soc Sargen, and Barm.

01:57This means that these places in the northern part of our country

02:02will experience scattered rains.

02:06Now and tomorrow, we do not expect a low-pressure area or storm

02:13inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

02:17And today, we do not have a Gale Warning.

02:20But we still have to be careful, fellow countrymen,

02:23if there is a plan to go out today

02:26due to the rains or the expected rains of the ITCZ.
