00:00It's the 75th anniversary, you know,
00:03but it's here in D.C., obviously.
00:04But what does the success look like for Biden,
00:07given everything that is going on
00:09in kind of the debate aftermath?
00:12What is he measuring?
00:15So, I'll say this, and I've said this many times before
00:17as it relates to foreign leaders.
00:20And, look, I'll say that the foreign leaders
00:22have had an opportunity to see what the President
00:25has been able to do in the last three and a half years.
00:27They've seen that certainly up close and personal
00:31the last three years.
00:32And they know that they are dealing with a President
00:35who has been effective
00:35and has just been able to get things done.
00:38I just talked about NATO and the President's leadership
00:40and how we've been able to strengthen NATO,
00:43make sure that we invigorated the NATO alliance,
00:46and that we've been able to see in the last three
00:49and a half years.
00:50So, the President wants to continue to strengthen
00:53that partnership and strengthen those alliances.
00:56Obviously, it's not going to just be NATO allies here.
01:00We're going to see others.
01:02For example, Japan will be here on Thursdays
01:05and other heads of states.
01:07I believe there's going to be 38 heads of states
01:09that will be here.
01:09And so we want to continue to strengthen those relationships,
01:12and that's what the President wants to see.
01:14It is an important year, the 75th anniversary.
01:17And I think all of the work that the President
01:19has been able to do will be on full display.
01:21Just one last question.
01:22If the President's health were to decline rapidly next week,
01:27just kind of out of the blue,
01:29have you had any conversations with him,
01:31or has he made any comments on if he was going to sign?
01:34That's a hypothetical, no.
