00:00Some say that 51.69 million has been spent on one company with 3,726 repeated participants.
00:13I want to correct this misunderstanding.
00:16Actually, this 51.69 million involves 315 training companies.
00:24Secondly, 84% of the 3,726 participants, which is approximately 3,132 participants,
00:32attended repeated training courses only two to three times in a year.
00:40In a pandemic, although as I said earlier, these are all programs under the previous government,
00:45I can say with confidence.
00:48But I want to clarify what may be a misunderstanding.
00:52In a pandemic, I don't think it's too much if there are people who want to attend free training courses
01:01for re-skilling, up-skilling, and cross-skilling for themselves.
01:06In that, there are 17 participants out of 85,000 participants,
01:1217 people who have attended more than 10 training programs in the past 12 months.
01:19The progress report was submitted by the HRDCOP in 2022 to MOF and so on,
01:28stating about the number of participants.
01:31However, we are aware that there needs to be a more efficient and better system.
01:35In fact, at the moment, the HRDCOP is implementing digital processing,
01:40where the system will automatically reject participants
01:45for skills training programs under government grants.
01:49And for their initial information, this system is now being used for civil training programs
01:55that received grants under the 2024 budget.
01:59So now we are making improvements to avoid the issues of long-term stagnation.
02:04And the improvement is through a system where it will automatically reject stagnant participants.
