00:00So as ever, there is loads on in the City of Bristol this week, so can you tell me what is our first What Is On in the City?
00:08Well, Bristol's Brilliant Archaeology at Blaise Museum will be taking place during the weekend from 11am to 4pm on July 13.
00:19Museum archaeologists, local societies, re-enactors, field archaeologists and heritage organisations will celebrate Bristol's Brilliant Archaeology with tours, demonstrations and displays in the museum.
00:36And on the lawns outside Henbury Church, Blaise Castle and Blaise Community Gardens will also be open for the occasion and there will be mini excavations, weaving, pot making, face painting and more activities for kids.
00:52Ah, that sounds like a lovely run for the start of summer. Shall we move on to our second What Is On in the City? Tell me about that.
01:01Well, Bristol Pride Day is also set to return on July 13. The march will be kicking off from the bandstand and Castle Park at 10.45am before making its way through the city centre and onto Lloyds Amphitheatre. There will be a wide range of activities and performances at the Downs.

01:32Ryanair has launched two new summer getaway routes from Bristol Airport. The Badger Airline Company launched a new route from Bristol to Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands, which will operate four times per week as part of Ryanair's Summer 2024 schedule.
01:51There will also be flights from Bristol to Prague four times per week initially, which will increase to six times per week by October.
