00:39Ukraine is now initiating a call for an extraordinary meeting of the UN Security Council

00:46in connection with the Russian strike on civil infrastructure, including the children's hospital.

00:52You must have an economy that influences Russia, or Russia and Putin depend on it,

00:59or you have a very powerful army that is afraid of Putin, which is stronger than the Russian one.

01:05Are there many such countries in the world? Not many.

01:08I think the United States of America is such a country, I think China is such a country,

01:13and I think the European Union is not just one country in the EU, but the whole European Union.

01:19Indeed, there can be such an intermediate mission.
