00:10chatting, watching him work. So yeah, just different elements, speaking to different
00:15people who obviously I know or previous managers who I've bumped into. A large chunk of that

00:37as well. And I suppose he put a little bit of context and understanding on it that he's
00:44obviously been in similar situations in that sense really. And then obviously the general
00:52aura of someone like Thomas, who, incredible manager, incredible aura, seeing him work
00:57first hand and picking up things from him and getting advice from him was pretty good
