00:00The pitch-black exercises in Darwin, Australia, especially in Canaan, the Philippines and other countries have started today.

00:07The Philippine Air Force clarified that it has nothing to do with the issues in the West Philippine Sea when it comes to the pitch-black exercises.

00:20For the first time, the Philippines will bring its own fighter jets to the pitch-black exercises 2024 that will be held in Darwin, Australia.

00:29Interoperability flights, night flying, simulated aerial attacks, and interdiction of unidentified aircraft entering the country's airspace will be included in the military exercise.

00:42Twenty-one countries will participate in the pitch-black 2024 exercises that will be held here in Darwin Air Base in Darwin, Australia,

00:50where the Philippine Air Force sent large contingents and F-A-50 fighter jets.

00:56It is expected that our fighter jet pilots will do well and they will also be given a chance to compare the performance of our fighter jets

01:06compared to the newer aircraft from other countries.

01:10On Saturday, Royal Australian Air Force KC-30 transport aircraft arrived with crew and maintenance personnel for the F-A-50 fighter jets.

01:20Contingents of the Italian Air Force and their fighter jets also arrived.

01:25Fighter jets from the US, UK, Japan, India, Canada, France, Germany, and others will also arrive.

01:33The Philippine Air Force's fighter jets will arrive soon.

01:37Almost 200 Philippine Air Force personnel will be involved in the exercises.

01:42According to the Philippine Air Force, the preparation for the pitch-black exercises in the tension between China and the Philippines in the West Philippine Sea has nothing to do with it.

01:51As for the current issues or concerns, especially in our region, this is not directly involved in this issue because we have not been involved in such exercises for a long time.

02:08It is just a coincidence that this year, or the iteration of pitch-black 2024, we have already gone far in joining our aircraft.
