Rob Hanisey is an aspiring author who moves into a boarding house called Highberger house. It's a place where a struggling writer can live until their works become published. Whilst trying to write his first horror book, Rob has repeated encounters with a mysterious young woman named Valerie who pleads with him to save her from an unseen force and Rob's neighbors seem to know more than what they're letting on about.

02:19Hello, this is a message for Rob Jennesey.
02:21This is Nancy Bloom at Heiberger House.
02:23A room has opened up here, and I was curious if you were still interested in residency.
02:27If so, please give me a call right away at 212-555-3924.
02:51Okay.
03:12Ralph?
03:13Yes, Nancy?
03:14Ms. Bloom. Come in. Come in.
03:18Sorry.
03:26Come in through the library.
03:28Okay.
03:29Come in.
03:46I'm really pleased that there was an opening.
03:48What, you're glad that Terry died?
03:51I'm sorry. I didn't realize.
03:53Suicide.
03:5539 reject slips for Terry's latest novel.
03:58Even the vanity press wouldn't take it.
04:00Between you and me, piece of shit.
04:02But Terry's heart was in it.
04:06Your application states that you've never been published.
04:11That's right.
04:12Don't be embarrassed. That's why you're here in the first place.
04:15Old Cap Heiberger took the building over in the 30s as a place for unpublished writers to work,
04:20to hone their craft, to become published writers and move on.
04:24He was a frustrated author himself.
04:27Those are his unpublished manuscripts over there.
04:30All 47 of them.
04:33What do you write? Horror stories? That gruesome stuff?
04:36No. No, I just want to write stories that touch people's hearts.
04:40Oh, people's hearts kind of guy.
04:43I had a few of those.
04:46How many books have you written?
04:47Five.
04:49Well, I'm working on number five now.
04:51You got family? Girlfriends? Boyfriends?
04:55Are you in love?
05:02To hell with love. I'm going to live my life for my books.
05:06Good for you.
05:08Welcome to Heiberger House. Sign here.
05:14This opportunity marks a big change in my life.
05:17I'm going to be published if it's the last thing I do.
05:19Careful. Terry said the same thing.
05:22This place is all about keeping you away from distractions.
05:25It'll be a nice, quiet place to work.
05:28Here's your key. Room 217. One flight up.
05:32It's not the Four Seasons, but free room and board as long as you're here.
05:36Once you're published, you're out of here, you understand?
05:39And then the next unlucky bastard takes your place.
05:41I understand.
05:43Really, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the opportunity.
05:45Just write the goddamn great American novel, okay?
05:48Deal.
06:18Come on.
06:42You're ever so humble.
06:49Hello?
07:04What the fuck?
07:18What the fuck?
07:48What the fuck?
08:18What the fuck?
08:48Fuck!
08:57I had only briefly shaken hands with love,
09:00and then I found that that hand was a claw.
09:04I had only briefly shaken hands with love,
09:06and then I found that that hand was a claw.
09:18Who is it?
09:26Who is it?
09:49What the fuck?
10:10Hello?
10:18Hello?
10:40Hello?
10:48Hello?
11:18Hello?
11:44What's wrong?
11:49I'm...
11:52What is it?
11:54Help me.
12:00Please.
12:08Hello?
12:10What's the matter?
12:19I thought I saw...
12:21What?
12:24What did you see?
12:26I'm, uh... I'm not sure.
12:28Who the fuck are you?
12:31This is Rob Hennessey.
12:33He's in Terry's old room.
12:35Rob, this is Edward Neely and Patricia Dunbar.
12:38And this...
12:40So he's just another miserable fuck-up like the rest of us.
12:42Well, you owe me, Hennessey.
12:44For what?
12:46I was on the verge of ecstasy
12:48before you started banging on the wall,
12:50and I dropped my fucking vibrator,
12:52and now the goddamn thing doesn't work anymore.
12:55Jesus, I hate this dump.
12:58And I hate happy little fucking faces like yours.
13:01So give up writing, then. Become a nun.
13:03I was a sister of fucking mercy for seven fucking years,
13:06you little cocksucker know-it-all.
13:08So don't you get smart with me.
13:11She does have a command of the language, doesn't she?
13:21Do try to keep it down, Mr. Hennessey.
13:23We appreciate the quiet here.
13:30Fuck them.
13:31If anybody gives you any shit from now on,
13:33you come see me, Bruce Sweetland.
13:35I'll set them straight.
13:37You want to just shoot the shit or learn the lay of the land?
13:40Come on down.
13:42And, uh...
13:44welcome to Highburger House.
13:46Thanks.
13:47Oh, hey, uh, Bruce?
13:49Yeah, man.
13:51Uh, is, uh...
13:54Is this place...
13:56haunted?
13:58Only by the specter of failure.
14:00Only by the specter of failure.
15:00Ah!
15:30Oh, my God.
16:00Oh, my God.
16:02Oh, my God.
16:29Hey.
16:31Are you okay?
16:32Go back.
16:34I want to help you.
16:36Yes, please.
16:38I need you.
16:40I need your help.
16:42Who are you?
16:44What's the matter?
16:47No.
16:48You'd better go back.
16:50Why? I want to help you.
16:52He's coming.
16:53Who? Who's coming?
16:55Oh, God, no.
16:56Please.
16:57What do you want me to do?
16:58Help me.
16:59Please help me.
17:00No!
17:01No!
17:13I, um...
17:14I heard you typing, and...
17:16Well, you said, uh...
17:18Oh, come on in, man.
17:19I'm a night guy. Could use a company.
17:22You got a lot of sisters?
17:24Oh, yeah.
17:26Girlfriends.
17:27Well, ex-girlfriends.
17:29Even got an ex-wife or two.
17:30I can relate.
17:31The ex part, I mean.
17:32Yeah.
17:33Care to partake?
17:35No, thanks.
17:37Well, don't worry.
17:38I'm not gonna get you high and fuck your ass.
17:41Even if I did swing that way.
17:43Now, don't shoot the creative juice, man.
17:45I can't wait to drop.
17:46I'll be right back.
17:48Now, don't shoot the creative juice, man.
17:50I can't wait to drop.
17:51I'm saving it all for the book.
17:52You know, a fuck-quick handjob,
17:54it's like throwing a chapter over the Kleenex, man.
17:57You're probably squandered a dozen novels
17:59on the beauties on the wall already.
18:01No, sir, I'm a fucking monk, man.
18:03I'm a fucking monk.
18:06No.
18:07All right.
18:08All right.
18:14It's quiet in here.
18:15Yeah, like the proverbial fucking tomb.
18:18A lot quieter than my place.
18:20Oh, yeah? Really?
18:21What do you, uh...
18:22What do you hear?
18:24Um...
18:25Some kind of, uh...
18:27You know, noises in the walls.
18:29It's probably the pipes or something.
18:31As you might have noticed,
18:32there's not a lot of maintenance
18:33that goes on in this place.
18:35You ever hear anything like that?
18:38No.
18:40You ever heard any, uh, voices?
18:43What kind of voices?
18:46Like, um...
18:48Crying.
18:53There's a signpost up ahead.
18:56Your next stop,
18:58the Twilight Zone.
19:00Ha, ha, ha.
19:02Go on.
19:03Okay.
19:04Man, it's easy to see and hear weird shit in this place, man.
19:07It's a weird fucking place
19:09full of weird fucking people.
19:11I mean...
19:12We're writers, man.
19:13I wouldn't worry.
19:15Besides, it sounds as if you're seeing ghosts or anything.
19:20So you said.
19:42Oh, my God.
20:12Oh, my God.
20:43Huh?
20:45I'd only briefly shaken hands with love.
20:47It was a claw.
20:49And that claw had held me in its thrall
20:52and threatened not only my heart, but my life.
20:54I would kill or be killed for her if need be.
20:56So great was my love.
20:58And that love was to be tested,
20:59and a life was to be given,
21:01as if in sacrifice to an angry God.
21:07I don't know.
21:09Angry God.
21:12Jesus, did I write that?
21:19No.
21:20No, no.
21:25Come on.
21:29Shit!
21:39Shit.
22:10Hey, hey, hey, Rob.
22:12How was your first night in the old, uh, Haberger house?
22:15Okay, thanks.
22:16Good.
22:17Did you, um, did you get any writing done?
22:19Uh, not a whole lot, just getting acclimated first.
22:25So, what are you writing?
22:28It's a romance, a dark romance.
22:31Hmm, a doomed romance?
22:33It's the best kind.
22:35Just what the world needs.
22:38Just what the world needs?
22:40Another bodice ripper.
22:42Well, I wouldn't call it a bodice ripper.
22:44It's very contemporary, very real world.
22:47Oh, I see.
22:49Autobiographical, I assume.
22:51A litter of conquests by the great lover.
22:55No, no, nothing like that.
22:56It's something personal, intimate,
22:59really on a small scale.
23:07Listen, man, don't worry about them.
23:10Just a bunch of failures.
23:12But you are going to have to be the new guy,
23:14at least for a while.
23:16Thanks.
23:19I'm going to go up to my room.
23:20I've got some work to do.
23:21Cool, cool.
23:23Well, good luck with it, man.
23:25Thanks.
23:27Write good.
23:31Write well.
23:33Thanks.
23:37Mmm.
23:59Mmm.
24:07Mmm.
24:38Are you okay?
24:43Hello?
24:51Ah!
24:56I'm afraid.
25:00Where are your clothes?
25:03Oh.
25:08He took them.
25:10Who?
25:13Are you in pain?
25:17What did he do to you?
25:22Oh, God, no.
25:26He's here.
25:37Shh.
25:49Oh, we shouldn't speak again.
25:52He doesn't want you near me.
25:54Who doesn't want me near you?
25:56Shh.
26:00Touch me.
26:07Shh.
26:15Am I real?
26:17What?
26:19Am I real?
26:23Am I here with you?
26:25Of course, of course you are.
26:27And you can feel me as I feel you?
26:31Yes, yes, of course I can.
26:34Thank you.
27:05Wait.
27:07Tell me your name.
27:11I'm Valerie.
27:18Valerie, please don't go.
27:35Stay away.
27:37You'll hurt you.
27:39Please, just forget about me.
27:43No, no!
27:46No, no, no!
27:50Let her out of there, you son of a bitch!
27:52Let her out!
27:55Getting old, little boy.
27:59There was a woman on these stairs.
28:01Mr. Hennessey, I will not tolerate one more escapade like tonight.
28:07You do it again, and you're out.
28:09Do we understand each other?
28:11All right, fine. I'm sorry.
28:13Good. You've been warned.
28:16What's behind these walls?
28:20The portal to another dimension.
28:22You're kidding.
28:24Jesus Christ, of course I'm kidding.
28:26You think I'm out of my mind?
28:28It's a crawlspace.
28:29What do you think?
28:30Hot water pipes, electrical wires.
28:32More than a few dead rats, I dare say.
28:34And that's it?
28:36That's it.
28:37That and your imagination.
28:39Are you sure?
28:40Do not press me, Mr. Hennessey.
28:43The gutter is full of young men just one step away from where you are now.
28:48Let's all let this young man get back to work.
28:52Shall we?
28:57Come on.
29:02She's a tough old bitch, ain't she?
29:05You've, um, you've never seen anything up there on the stairs?
29:09Anything strange?
29:11There's nothing in Highburger House that isn't strange.
29:15Why, you seen ghosts after all?
29:18Um...
29:20I think maybe, uh...
29:23I think maybe I am.
29:25Well, wouldn't it?
29:26Why don't you come on down and we can crack a few beers?
29:29Come on.
29:34Hey, man, come on in.
29:38Just, uh, wondering, the person who had the apartment before me,
29:41how did, um, how did Terry die?
29:43Suicide.
29:44Razor blade.
29:46In the tub, man.
29:47There's blood everywhere.
29:48It's a real mess.
29:51What have you been seeing up there, man, like a person?
29:55I saw a woman.
29:57A woman?
29:58Did a young woman named Valerie ever live here?
30:00Or die here?
30:01Long hair, blue eyes, beautiful?
30:03Well, not that I know of, man.
30:05Damn it.
30:06Well, she's here now.
30:07Jesus.
30:09The beautiful ghost of Highburger House.
30:12Ooh-wee-wee-ooh.
30:16I think I have a picture of her in my room.
30:18I'd love to see it, man.
30:22What's that, the new book?
30:24Oh, yeah, that's right.
30:26Draft 15.
30:30What's that, draft 16?
30:32Oh, that's, uh,
30:34just something I've been playing around with for a few years.
30:37I don't know if it's worth a fart in a windstorm, but...
30:40Well, look, why don't I get those beers,
30:42and you get that picture for me, all right?
30:44Okay.
30:45Cool.
30:55Is, uh, light all right?
30:57It's fine.
31:07What the fuck are you...
31:19Who's looking at my fucking work behind my back?
31:21Who's looking at my secret book?
31:23You shouldn't have done that, Mr. Hennessey.
31:25That's not the way a real writer would behave.
31:27What the fuck do you know about what real writers do?
31:30You're kidding yourself.
31:31This place is a fucking asylum,
31:32and you're all a bunch of fucking lunatics!
31:34And before you say a thing, Miss Bloom, don't worry.
31:36I'm packing up and getting the fuck out of this Highburger freak show
31:39as fast as I can.
31:41And who the fuck is Valerie?
31:44Tell me!
31:46A product of your wild imagination, young man.
31:49Bullshit.
31:51Did she die here?
31:55Did you kill her?
31:57Now you're just being silly.
32:03Run away!
32:22Fuck.
32:30It's your fucking blood on our masterpiece.
32:45Valerie.
32:47Fuck, it's you.
32:52Ha!
32:54You've come.
32:58You're really here.
33:03Take him.
33:05Put an end to this.
33:09Who are you talking to?
33:12Oh, God, no.
33:14You spineless little man.
33:20You've only yourself to blame.
33:41It's all for you.
33:46My beloved.
33:50Is all this death oppressive freedom?
33:53All for you.
33:55No, not for me.
33:58It's your hunger, not mine.
34:00I'm so sorry.
34:04I thought you loved me.
34:06I do.
34:08I worship you.
34:11I adore you.
34:14I will wash you with my tongue.
34:38Fuck.
35:09Can we talk?
35:21Sit down.
35:26Sit.
35:32Let me give you some advice.
35:35Get out of this place.
35:38You're a young man.
35:40You can do anything you want.
35:42Fuck writing.
35:44Nobody reads anymore anyway.
35:48Thanks.
35:55This poster.
35:57Yes.
35:59A piece of my past.
36:02I've seen that creature before.
36:04I knew someone had to have seen that piece of shit movie.
36:08Adapted from the novel by Neil Everest?
36:11Neil Everest? Everett Neely?
36:13Not exactly subtle.
36:15My guilty little secret is out.
36:17Yes, I wrote a very bad horror novel in my youth...
36:21and they made it into an even worse hunk of celluloid.
36:25My one little claim to fame, staring at me from the wall.
36:30Pathetic, isn't it?
36:33I'm telling you, get out, son.
36:36And never come back.
36:39That monster, the creature.
36:42You want the poster?
36:46It's yours.
36:48Just don't tell that blue bitch I'm a published author or I'm out of my ass.
36:52I want to know about Valerie.
36:54The girl in the book?
36:56The girl on the stairs?
36:58Valerie doesn't exist.
37:00Bullshit. I've seen her.
37:02I've touched her.
37:04Touched her? That's not possible.
37:06There is no Valerie. She isn't alive. She doesn't exist.
37:09She does, and she's in Highburger House.
37:11Highburger House is filled with the failed dreams of rotted imaginations.
37:16Like your monster?
37:18For example.
37:19What does he call?
37:21Oh, fuck I.
37:23The Blood Fiend from Hell.
37:25That was the title of the novel.
37:27My great contribution to culture.
37:31The Blood Fiend from Hell?
37:33It's here, too. In the walls.
37:35I saw him.
37:37That's not possible.
37:39He's a pituitary case in a shitty rubber suit in a shitty old monster movie.
37:44He's got Valerie.
37:45I said he doesn't exist.
37:46How did she die? I need to know how she died.
37:48She never died. She never lived. She isn't real.
37:51She is, goddammit. I've seen her ghost.
37:53This is not a fucking ghost story.
37:56Then who is she?
37:57Get up. That's enough.
38:00Jesus. Everybody in this fucking place is fucking crazy.
38:03Including you, young man. We're righteous.
38:24Holy shit.
38:27Nothing behind the walls, huh?
38:29Just my imagination?
38:30Some things are just better left alone.
38:35I don't think this has anything to do with my imagination.
38:37Don't touch anything.
38:39I'm going to call the police.
38:43Fuck the police.
38:48Valerie on the stairs.
38:50It took three riders to construct.
38:52Bruce, Neely,
38:54and you.
38:55I've seen the monster, Patricia.
38:57Neely's beast, his great creation.
38:59What about you?
39:00What did you contribute?
39:02Don't blame this on me.
39:04What's that hammering?
39:06It's your fiend, Othakai.
39:08Your monster from hell is fed up living inside the walls.
39:11It killed Bruce, and now it wants out.
39:14Nonsense.
39:15We call that bullshit on my farm.
39:17I think that between all three of you working on your secret masterpiece,
39:20you brought it to life.
39:21That's ridiculous.
39:22Is it?
39:28Think of all the lost dreams that have been dreamed in this place.
39:31Think of the energy that must be stored here.
39:33Bruce's famous creative juices never released.
39:35Decades of imagination trapped in Highburger House.
39:39All it needed was a focus,
39:41and the three of you gave it one.
39:44Valerie and the fiend, beauty and the beast.
39:47The house finally had somewhere to put all those four.
39:50The house finally had somewhere to put all those frustrations.
39:54You made your words flesh.
39:56Your imagination brought to life.
39:59You are so full of shit, your eyes are brown.
40:03Getting out of this fucking madhouse.
40:07I need to see Valerie again.
40:09She isn't real.
40:11Go write your own dream girl.
40:14Where is she?
40:15The headhunter.
40:17She belongs to the beast.
40:18Why?
40:19Because we wrote her that way.
40:40Oh, Jesus.
40:43It's true.
40:45You live.
40:48You've come.
40:51One kiss before you go.
40:55I was the one that made you beautiful.
41:00I know.
41:02You're the only woman who can't say no to me.
41:06A kiss.
41:19Oh, Valerie.
41:21The times I've imagined this.
41:26So why did you let me be punished?
41:29Over and over and over.
41:35And all the others.
41:38I was a sad, lonely, angry bitch.
41:44He was right.
41:45I poured all of my rage into that book.
41:48You're my love too.
41:51Valerie, I'm so sorry.
41:53I didn't know that you could be touched.
41:56That you could be hurt.
41:59I'm sorry.
42:01I'm sorry.
42:04My sweet Valerie.
42:06My sweet, happy Valerie.
42:09No.
42:13Not yours.
42:15What do you mean?
42:16Of course you're mine.
42:17I made you.
42:19Valerie, don't go.
42:20No, don't go, please.
42:22I love you.
42:32Patricia?
42:34Patricia!
42:40Holy shit.
42:43Patricia?
42:53Patricia?
43:10You should go.
43:12I need to see it.
43:14I need to see my beast.
43:15My creation.
43:17Not some guy in a rubber suit.
43:19The real old guy.
43:22Look, it's killed Sweetland and Patricia.
43:24You're next.
43:26But why?
43:28It wants to be free.
43:30I think they both do.
43:31They don't want you to write their ending.
43:32They want to live it for themselves.
43:36They've become real.
43:37To end it.
43:38Haven't they?
43:40They are my children.
43:43Let me help you destroy them.
43:47Fine.
44:06What's down there?
44:08Come on, you wrote it.
44:09What's down there?
44:10Hellhole.
44:12The Fiend's private torture chamber.
44:15Sick fucks.
44:18The torture stuff was Sweetland.
44:20He was a big fan of Descartes.
44:22Why didn't you just finish your fucking book and try to find a publisher?
44:25Why did you keep going year after year?
44:27It was an addiction.
44:29Every night.
44:31Picking up where Bruce or Patricia had left off.
44:34Running on, leading it on to a darker and darker place.
44:37The body count rising.
44:39We couldn't stop.
44:41What body count?
44:42I thought there was only Valerie.
44:43She was the only one alive.
44:45But there were others.
44:46Sweetland would pick them up.
44:48Runaways.
44:49Prostitutes past their sell date.
44:51Girls who'd never be missed.
44:53The lonely ones.
44:55You fed them to your monster?
44:56God, no.
44:58Bruce would get them high.
45:00Get them to tell him their hard luck stories.
45:03And he'd fall asleep.
45:05When he woke up, they were gone.
45:07Like smoke, not a trace.
45:10Why not Valerie?
45:11Why didn't he kill her?
45:15If you could create Valerie, would you kill her?
45:20It's all in your book.
45:22Of course.
45:23The power of the imagination.
45:25You're a despicable piece of work, Millie.
45:27I am, I am, I am.
45:28Of course I am.
45:29But I didn't know it would come alive.
45:31None of us did.
45:32It was a story.
45:33My last chance to make something that would last.
45:36Valerie on the stairs.
45:38That was my idea.
45:41And you're proud of it?
45:44It's not like they were murdered in front of me.
45:47It's not like I truly knew.
45:48Are you telling me you don't know the difference between something that you imagine and something that's real?
45:52Do you?
45:54Is there any difference, really?
45:57They were all in my head.
45:59The life I lived yesterday, the dreams I dreamed last night, the words I put to paper.
46:07All in here.
46:09Mixed up together.
46:11You are out of your fucking mind.
46:13And you're not.
46:15You love her, don't you?
46:17The girl we made up.
46:19The girl we wrote.
46:22You want to be her hero.
46:24I'm going to finish your fucking story for you.
46:26Of course you are.
46:29That's why you're here.
46:31To bring it all to a close.
46:33To end it.
46:34Now, I never saw Bruce's final pages.
46:36Maybe he wrote you.
46:39Did you think of that?
46:41Yes, maybe.
46:43If you survive this and you try to leave Highbury House, you won't be able to.
46:47Bullshit.
46:48I had a life before I came here, and I'll have a life after it's all over.
46:51Will you?
46:53You need a fucking shrink.
46:55No.
46:56I need a bestseller.
46:59Give me my ending and we'll all be happy.
47:24Is this place your creation, too?
47:26No.
47:27This was mostly Sweetland's.
47:29He specialized in the old trade.
47:38Shit!
47:45Come on.
47:49Oh, fuck.
47:51Oh, fuck.
48:22Anna?
48:37Oh, shit.
48:42Neely?
48:44You were supposed to save her.
48:49To save her.
48:51Neely!
49:19Shit.
49:49I'm here.
49:50For Valerie.
49:52Of course you are.
49:54And I'm here to stop you.
49:58They're all dead now.
50:00All of them.
50:02And we're free to write our own lives.
50:07Or deaths.
50:10We shall see, won't we?
50:13It's the victor who writes history.
50:20It's just you and me now.
50:24The hero and the beast.
50:30The tale of the toad.
50:35Valerie.
50:40Valerie.
50:43Valerie.
50:45What are you doing?
50:47Get away from him.
50:48Help me.
50:50We both knew it would come to this.
50:53You and me fighting to the death over my beautiful Valerie.
50:59You do want her, don't you?
51:03Please help me.
51:05Leave her alone.
51:06Take my hand, Valerie.
51:09You love the way I touch you, don't you?
51:12Yes.
51:13Yes.
51:15No.
51:16No!
51:20Valerie, run! Run!
51:26Fuck.
51:40Go ahead.
51:42Shoot.
51:43And I'll spit the bullet right back at you.
51:46Fine.
51:47Then I'll spend the bullet where it counts.
51:49On this little prick tease.
51:50And you can rip me up and send me to hell.
51:52I'll die happy once this bitch is dead.
51:54No.
51:55You killed the others with him.
51:56Now you want me dead, too?
51:57No.
51:58No, I swear.
51:59I just want you.
52:00No.
52:01You'll find another woman.
52:02What's the big deal?
52:03Look at the harem you've got hanging here.
52:05You'll find another woman.
52:06What's the big deal?
52:07Look at the harem you've got hanging here.
52:09I'll kill her and then you can do whatever you want with me.
52:11Rob, please don't.
52:12Don't you dare hurt her.
52:14What's it matter to you?
52:15She's just another flesh gardener.
52:17No, not Valerie.
52:18I'll be out of blood and shit for her.
52:20And she loves me for it.
52:22She's mine!
52:23No.
52:25She's mine.
52:30My Valerie!
52:31Run!
52:32No!
52:35Valerie!
52:43Come on.
52:44Come on.
52:45Let's go.
52:48Come on, Valerie.
52:49Where are you taking me?
52:50I'm taking you out of here.
52:51I'm not going to lose you.
52:52I can't leave here.
52:53Yes, you can.
52:54It's over.
52:55You're free.
52:56It's not your choice.
52:57We're not free.
52:58Don't you understand?
52:59They finished it.
53:00No, we finished it, Valerie.
53:01You're free, you're real, and you're with me.
53:03Come on.
53:04No.
53:05I can't go out there.
53:06Please, Valerie.
53:07Please.
53:08Come on.
53:09It's our only chance.
53:10Come on.
53:11Come on.
53:12Valerie.
53:13Valerie!
53:35Madison!
53:36Come on down, son.
53:37We don't want anybody else to get hurt here today.
53:40Put down the gun.
53:41Put your hands up.
