00:00Where do the coaches kind of seeing you fit?

00:03you played some center and guard.

00:16Did they give you a sense of where they see you fitting in?

00:21Mostly center.
00:23We really was talking about me playing at center.
00:26They really like my film and everything.
00:27So yeah, center it is.
00:31And are you expecting, are you coming in with the mindset
00:33as you're going to be the starter at center?
00:35And have you already gotten to talk
00:37to Will Rogers and DeMond and some of the guys
00:39that are on the team already?
00:42Yeah, I did talk to a little bit of the guys on the team,
00:45but mostly the O-line boys.
00:48I'm just trying to make sure that they
00:50know that I'm all in with everything
00:51that they got going on in that O-line group.
00:57And yeah, I am coming in ready to compete
01:01for that starting position.
01:04Did you know, I mean, obviously, maybe you knew of him,
01:06but did you ever get to meet or know
01:08Landon Hatchett as a fellow in state center before?
01:11Obviously, he's rehabbing from an injury,
01:13but you guys both pairing up, that kind of seems
01:15like a cool thing for the offensive line to build from
01:18literally and figuratively.
01:20Oh yeah, for sure.
01:23I knew of him when I was in high school,
01:25only because he's been training at FSP a lot.
01:27And I've been training with my uncle.
01:30His brand is called AEP, Athletic Edge Performance.
01:34We just battle it out a lot.
01:35But talking to him when I was over there at UW
01:39was really great to get to know Landon a lot.
01:43Me and him are going to definitely
01:44get into the playbook when I do get up there.

01:48And then you and I coming up in June was the 17th, 21st.

01:55I don't know that answer for sure.
01:58I'm just trying to handle all this school side of everything

02:07What are you majoring in at Portland State?
02:10Social science.
02:12So I'm taking a lot of sociology and criminology classes.
