00:00There is no rift between the club and the family, and that's just one of the hairs that I think has been set running over the last couple of days.
00:10But it wasn't a great look over the weekend, you have to say, particularly from the club's point of view.
00:17Saturday was a mess in terms of how it came out.
00:23It's obvious to me that when things are leaking out and maybe they're appearing on a message forum or on social media,
00:35that sometimes suggests to me that the person who's relaying information maybe isn't aware that it's going to end up in the public domain like that.
00:44But in any case, a lot of the information that was coming out was accurate.
00:48And yet when we took it to the club, the response we got back was almost one of bemusement,
00:56because the information obviously hadn't been shared yet.
01:04It hadn't been made club-wide or not even club-wide, just maybe departments that need to know for the purpose of being able to brief journalists and let the fans know what's actually going on.
01:13And to ensure also that it doesn't look like it's a bit of a mess and it doesn't look like a shambles.
01:20And I guess we were slightly unlucky in that we asked the question when we did.
01:24Had we asked that question 45 minutes later, we'd have got a different picture altogether.
01:30I don't think it's a case that Archie suddenly teleported down to Brentford for a medical.
01:35I think that was very much on the way.
01:38I honestly don't believe there was any attempt at deliberate miscommunication or subterfuge.
01:45I really don't. I think it was simply a communication issue that led to that misunderstanding and miscommunication.
01:52And then, you know, the story straightened out.
01:55He was then off to Spurs for talks.
01:57And then I think things were from that point were pretty solid.
