01:28A CEPHA in Angat Bulacan has already begun
01:32and is said to be completed and will be operational next year.
01:37The DA is also strongly urging other countries
01:41to stop agricultural smuggling.
01:44The agency's target is to issue an administrative order
01:49that will force the pre-shipment inspection of the imported products.
01:54This means that before the products arrive in the Philippines,
01:58they must be inspected, tested, and read the relevant documents
02:03to ensure that the imported products are safe.
02:07The Department of Agriculture also announced
02:10that the investigation on the controversial entry of Q-fever disease in our country is now complete.
02:18In June, when confirmed by the Bureau of Animal Industry,
02:21the imported goats from the United States tested positive for Q-fever.
02:26Q-fever is a disease that affects goats, cows, and cows.
02:31It is a zoonotic disease, so it is contagious
02:35and can lead to flu-like symptoms or cancer.
02:39The result of the investigation is now complete.

03:44Condemnation facilities will also be installed
